Introducing our new Web Support Centre

We've improved our Web Support Centre with new content, new features and sections to help you with your web management and content tasks at Cardiff University. We've also simpified your experience by removing the 'Login' and username/password system to check on how your tickets are doing. When you submit a new ticket, you'll now receive a 'Track this ticket' URL in your receipt email, so for updates on your ticket, head back to the original autoresponse we sent you. We'd love to hear feedback about the new Web Support Centre.
